Grangegorman Primary Care Centre

Access by car

Carpark entrance: North Circular Road, Entrance at the Phoenix Care Centre
From here the Grangegorman Primary Care Centre will be a 3 to 4 minute walk (300m) through a fenced walkway alongside construction works. Go towards the top left hand side of the carpark to the black railings; you need to press the green button for entry and follow the path for 250 metres. Access the Primary Care Centre through Back Entrance.

There is also on street parking available on Grangegorman Road Upper.

Bus routes on North Circular Road: 46A (Stop 812 & 799)
Bus routes on Prussia Street: 37, 39, 39A, 70 (Stop 1911)
Access Primary Care Centre through Main Entrance.

Access by Luas

LUAS Stop: Grangegorman
From the Luas stop, Grangegorman Primary Care Centre can be accessed through the Main Entrance on Grangegorman Upper. Exit the Luas stop laneway, cross the Grangegorman Road and turn right. Continue in that direction for about 5 minutes and the Primary Care Centre will be on your left (same side of the street).
